THE VERDICT:

Repeat                     Maybe                     No Way

It is like playing red light, green light as a child.  :)  This method was easy for me to remember.

CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST:  I really thought that my family was going to love the Croissant French Toast, but I was wrong.  They didn't likubby e it at all.  I really liked it.  But it will not be a repeat.

BAKED OATMEAL:  My family liked it.  They asked to have it again.  The Hubby wanted to add something sweet.  I forgot to sit out the honey.  Oops.  I will be making it again and hopefully I will remember to sit out the honey.  :)

MINI PUFFED OVEN PANCAKES:  The kids really liked how small they were and that they were individual sized.  We topped them with lemon juice and powdered sugar.   My kids love them.

BAKED HAM AND EGG CUPS:  These are a family favorite.  I like to make them when our GF relatives come to visit.  They are quick and easy.

BBQ BACON SLIDERS:  Everyone liked them.  I don't think that it is my favorite Hamburger recipe, but I would consider doing this recipe again.  I don't eat onions, so I didn't try them fried onions.  My kids liked them, but my husband didn't.  He would rather have them sauteed.

CREAMY CORN CHOWDER:  I didn't want to make the bacon, so I left it out.  It would enhance the recipe, but I was a slacker. :)  Everyone Really liked it.  The only suggestion that the Hubby suggested was to double the batch.

BEEF CHIMICHANGAS:  I usually fry the chimi's but I decided to bake them this time.  It worked out great.  The Hubby liked them baked better.  The leftovers reheated the next day better too.

Everything else I made this week are repeats that we love at our house.

Couscous with Apples, Cranberries and Herbs

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Cups Couscous or Orzo
4 Cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

In a medium sized pan, heat the olive oil with the couscous on medium-high heat.  Cook until it is lightly brown and has a "nutty"  aromatic smell.  About 3-5 minutes.  Add the chicken broth.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer 10-15 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.  Transfer to a bowl and add....

1/4 Cup Fresh chopped Flat-Leafed Parsley
1 1/2 Tablespoons chopped Fresh Rosemary
1 Teaspoon chopped Fresh Thyme
1 Medium sized diced Green Apple
1 Cup Cranberries
1/2 Cup Slivered Toasted Almonds

Vinaigrette:

1/4 Cup Apple Cider
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Mix together in a separate bowl, add to the mixture.  Stir until couscous is well coated.
